About Us

Andrea and Shelley proudly welcome you to our beautiful online boutique. Based upon our Narberth bricks and mortar store where you’ll find an extensive selection of silk and dried flowers, unique decorative homewares, and thoughtful gifts. As we build upon our website we are starting with our ever popular floral collection. You will find a wide range of excellent quality stems and bespoke handmade wreaths, made by our award winning florist and Co-owner, Shelley. If you can't see what you are looking for online, please do send us a request using the 'Contact Us' form and we will be in touch.

Postage and Returns

We try to keep shipping as simple as possible. We use Royal Mail tracked service at £5.95 for all orders under £80 or Free delivery for orders over £80. Where very large orders are placed we will use DPD.

We aim to dispatch within 24hours during the week days and any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on a Monday. Please allow extra time during busy periods such as Christmas and Bank Holidays.

All shipping is tracked and you are updated via email with a tracking number.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days to arrange a return by emailing us: hello@thewildwisteria.com

Goods need to be returned in their original packaging at your own cost within 28 days of purchase.

If arranging your own postage we advise you use a tracked service and retain proof of despatch, as we cannot be held accountable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Our system processes your refund instantly and you will receive an email notification - please allow 5-10 days for your bank to show the returned funds.
